SS Our workforce has been evolving since the first industrialization in terms of the demands and supply of labor, and now it is a skill economy. Jobs evolved from local to regional to global over time, and technology has been a great catalyst to rethink the job and skills. As the world becomes more connected, the possibilities multiply. Our modern communication, transportation, and real-time connectivity over the internet have propelled limitless possibilities. Gradually, our talents started to have multiple options and flexibility, options for change and move across markets and domains. Thereafter, COVID further bolstered our exploration of various work models around remote working and flexi working. With that gig workforce started to expand rapidly.
