Fintech major BharatPe has appointed Harshita Khanna as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new role, Khanna will spearhead the company’s people strategy, talent management, and organizational development initiatives as BharatPe continues its growth trajectory in India’s competitive fintech landscape.

Khanna brings over two decades of HR leadership experience spanning financial services, technology, and fast-growing startups.
Before joining BharatPe, she was associated with Home Credit India as Chief People Officer.
