NIIT appoints Shilpa Dua as Chief Human Resources Officer

New Delhi, October 31: Leading global talent development corporation NIIT Limited has announced the appointment of Shilpa Dua as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new role, Dua will drive the company’s global people strategy, focusing on building future-ready talent, strengthening leadership capability, and enhancing employee experience across NIIT’s business units.

Prior to joining NIIT, she was Corporate Vice President & Head HR – Axis Partnership, at Max Life Insurance.

Shipa is a business leader who is passionate about delivering value through world class human capital management practices and technology having 18+ years of multi-cultural (MNCs, large Indian organisations & start-ups) and multi-industry (FMCG, CPG, Retail, financial, technology sector) corporate experience of leading scaled transformation(s), building high-performance teams, shaping & nurturing cultures, leadership, and careers.

As a People & Culture Strategist she has worked across talent lifecycle, strategy &operations, and have a global & local perspective on people & leadership practices & organisational space. Bring expertise in HR Strategy, Business Partnership across functions including corporate, sales & factory, Talent and Performance Management, Leadership & Organisation Development, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Training, Employee Relations, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Employee Experience.
