Kanodia Group has appointed Rajiv Andley as the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).
In this new role, Rajiv would endeavour to create a clear transformation plan that balances strategic vision, operational excellence, and cultural alignment, and execute it to transform people practices to match global standards.
Before this appointment, Rajiv was associated with Healthium Medtech.

Rajiv is a HR leader with over 30 years of business experience gathered in leading Indian industries in automotive, healthcare, packaging & FMCG sectors. Strong strategic and operative HR management experience in organisation design & restructuring, designing & implementing people polices & SOPs, change management, mergers and acquisitions, talent management, learning & development, recruitment, legal, industrial relations, establishing and successfully operating Shared Services.
He has also worked with Uflex, Bajaj Hindustan, Subros, and Tata Motors.
