Before this appointment, Amit was associated with Reliance Nippon Life Insurance as Head Performance & Rewards.

He has more than 18 years of experience in a variety of roles in HR – Talent Acquisition, HR business partnering, Rewards – in diverse sectors with well-known companies like Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, HDFC Bank, Reliance Digital Retail, and Indus Towers.
A post graduate MBA in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He graduated from St. Xavier’s College in Ranchi in computer applications.
