Hyderabad, India, 23rd October 2025: JIFF is proud to announce the strategic onboarding of Anand Pillai as Strategic Advisor – Go-to-Market (GTM), Culture & Capability and Fractional CTO, marking a pivotal step in the company’s growth journey to build India’s most trusted electric cargo mobility platform for last-mile delivery.
Anand joins the JIFF leadership team to guide the company’s evolution from an innovative EV product company into a purpose-driven, people-powered infrastructure backbone for India’s e-commerce and q-commerce delivery ecosystem.
As Strategic Advisor – GTM, Culture & Capability and Fractional CHRO, Anand will shape the GTM roadmap for both B2B fleets and gig workers, build organisational capability and leadership depth for scale, define JIFF’s cultural DNA and succession framework, Coach founders and CXOs on strategic execution and ethical leadership and advise on equity structuring, talent acquisition, and investor engagement.
Anand Pillai is a renowned leadership strategist, transformation advisor, and keynote speaker with over four decades of executive experience. He is the Managing Director & Chief Transformation Officer at Leadership Matters Inc., a boutique advisory firm focused on building intrapreneurial leaders, shaping board-ready cultures, and accelerating enterprise transformation. He has also remarkably contributed to Tata Group, Hughes Network Systems, Bay Networks / Nortel, HCL Technologies and Reliance Industries Limited in his career span.
