Aurigo Software, a leading provider of capital planning and construction management solutions for infrastructure projects, has announced the appointment of Divya Kiran as its Vice President–Human Resources.
In her new role, Kiran will lead Aurigo’s global HR function, focusing on organisational design, leadership development, and performance frameworks aligned with the company’s unified product, engineering, and customer experience model. The appointment comes as Aurigo strengthens its people systems to support more integrated, outcome-driven teams across geographies.
Kiran brings over 20 years of strategic HR leadership experience, having worked with major technology companies such as Google, Hike Messenger, Ericsson, Myntra, and Rakuten Group. As one of the early HR leaders at Google India, she played a key role in establishing core organisational and staffing processes, contributing to high employee satisfaction through targeted retention and development initiatives.

Kiran has extensive experience in managing multi-region HR operations across APAC and EMEA, building high-performing cross-functional teams, and advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Her academic credentials include the Global Fellow Program in Talent Management from the Wharton School and a Global Lead Tech MBA from EADA Business School.
