Sreekumar Kadavath has been promoted to the position of Vice President- HR at Broadridge India.
Kadavath has confirmed this development through a social media post.
He joined the organisation around two years back as AVP & Head-HR Shared Services.

With over 19 years of HR experience, Kadavath leads transformative initiatives, including the creation of an HR Shared Services hub supporting 5,500+ associates. His Focus is on enhancing service delivery, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, and fostering an inclusive, innovative workplace culture.
Prior to joining Broadridge, Sreekumar shaped HR site strategy at Dell Technologies, supporting 16,000 employees across Bangalore and contributing to enterprise-wide HR programs.
His expertise spans AI for HR, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational culture, enabling impactful, future-ready people strategies. He has also worked with Genius Consultants.
