Devender Gupta has joined Trident Group as Head – Human Resources and Employee Relations.
Confirming this development through a social media post, Devender said, “With over 28 yrs of experience in HR across the FMCG , Foods and manufacturing sector, I have been privileged to lead critical people-centric transformations, capability building and culture strengthening initiatives. Over the last 2 successful years at Haldiram Snacks Food Pvt Ltd where I played an instrumental role in driving a major business merger and seamless organizational integration, elevating the HR Business Partnering model, strengthening ER & engagement frameworks, and supporting leadership in building a unified, future-ready workforce.
