Dr. Samir Mishra has started new position in Adani New Industries Ltd. as Chief People Officer- BESS, GH2 & Electrolyzer.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
He has been with the Adani Group for the last six years and recently as Head HR with Adani Airport Holdings Ltd., Jaipur.

As a Head of HR with over 10 years of experience, he led end-to-end HR strategy and operations for a workforce of over 2,500 in complex, regulated environments. He gained specialization in aligning people strategy with business objectives, ensuring organizations are future-ready while fostering a culture of performance and engagement.
His expertise includes driving M&A HR transitions, implementing scalable PMS frameworks, talent architecture, and workforce optimization, ensuring HR interventions lead to measurable business outcomes. He has successfully led cultural transformation initiatives, high-volume talent acquisition, HR tech implementations, and IR strategies while maintaining strong stakeholder partnerships with CEOs and operational leadership.
Samir has also worked with Tata Power, and United Breweries Ltd., among others.
