To what extent did HR succeed in aligning people strategy with evolving business and economic realities?
BD HR is evolving day by day, and so as the Business expectations.HR professionals’ role has changed from a Personnel & Administration to HR Business Partner, and now HR professionals are expected to take a seat in partnering with the important business decisions.
There may be different school of thoughts which will agree and disagree that HR has started playing important role in aligning the HR Strategies to meet the Business requirement, however looking to the current scenario and HR Professional spend their day at Plant or Corporate Office, huge need is still felt that we all need to come out of our operational working style to Strategizing and aligning HR activities which is aligned to Business expectations.
Simple questions arise here about how many HR professionals can see or plan employee engagement activities, which in a real sense can engage an employee to perform better to meet the Business expectations...
