30th October 2025, Bengaluru, India: Emversity, India’s leading industry-skilling network, has announced the elevation of Megha Lal who has taken over as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) after playing a pivotal role in expanding workforce to over 700 employees across 22 states. In an operation spanning from Srinagar in the north to Kochi in the south, and from Mumbai in the west to Guwahati in the east, Megha’s mandate is to deepen the trainer ecosystem and create a scalable people engine that supports rapid growth and consistent learning outcomes across India.
She has been working with the organisation from last more than one year as VP- Human Resources.
Megha with around 11 years of experience has gained expertise in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, PMS, HR strategy, Process improvement, Change Management and Organisation Design.

Apart from the above three founding team members have also been elevated to CXO roles who are Manish Kumar a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Akash Kalp as Chief Business Officer (CBO) EMVERSITY- SMART and Rahul Raj as Chief Business Officer (CBO), Emversity EDGE
