In his new role, Pramod brings over 25 years of HR and strategic leadership experience across the technology, healthcare, and IT sectors. He will lead the people function at Excelra to enable organisation-wide growth aligned with the company’s mission. He will support the company’s platforms, including GOSTAR and GOBIOM, while working closely with leaders in technology, science, and operations to scale its global footprint and foster a high-trust, high-performance culture.”
Before this appointment, Pramod was associated with Mindsprint as Vice President of Human Resources.
He also worked with emids, UnitedHealth Group, and Wipro Technologies.
