Rajesh Raii has been promoted to the position of Vice President- People (APAC).
Confirming this development through a social media post, he said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Senior Vice President – People (APAC) at GlobalLogic.”
Rajesh has been with the organisation from last about five years. Earlier, he was positioned as Vice President – People and India HR Head.

Rajesh is leading the People function at GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company and building a “People First” and a SMART, BOLD, HUMAN Workplace of the future, in the backdrop of a massive scale-up journey at GlobalLogic. He has enabled HR interventions & strategies for a workforce of >2,00,000 employees, through a robust HR organisation that is focused on crafting industry-leading HR practices, leading large-scale transformation change & redefining Employee Experience through Human Capital strategies, Culture, Performance, Leadership, Inclusion and Diversity.
In a career spanning 23+ years, Rajesh has held HR leadership roles at scale across organisations. At GlobalLogic, his work is transformational since it involves building & institutionalising People culture, systems & processes for APAC, while working with other global regions of EMEA & The Americas, as he is part of the Global People Leadership team.
Rajesh has also worked with Accenture, Eicher Motors and Expedia, among others.
