Hemant Singh Faujdar has joined Oswal Industries at Kalol (Guj.) as Chief Human Resource Officer.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Hemant was associated with Havells- Wires and Cable Business as HRBP.
Over the past 17+ years, Hemant has had the privilege of working across industries—agro-chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, engineering, automotive, media—and at every level, from plant operations to regional and corporate leadership.

In his career span, he set up HR frameworks for Greenfield projects in India to handle international assignments in Japan, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Along the way, he managed trade unions, oversaw wage settlements, resolved labour litigations, and implemented programs that have transformed organizational culture.
He created skill centers, designed leadership pipelines, and introduced systems that streamlined operations and empowered individuals.
Hemant has also worked with Mayur Uniquoters, Willowood and Sun Pharma among others.
