Heritage Foods Ltd. has appointed Amit Shetty as Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President. In this role, he will spearhead the company’s people strategy across its Dairy and Renewable Energy divisions, driving a culture of innovation, agility, and excellence.
Before this appointment Amit was associated with Frigorifico Allana Private Limited as General Manager – Human Resources.

With about 18 years of experience in leading HR functions across diverse and dynamic business environments,over the years, Amit has developed a keen acuity for cultivating talent, enhancing organisational culture, and leading strategic HR initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes. His expertise lies in creating synergistic strategies that align with corporate goals, fostering environments where talent thrives, and leadership flourishes.
His career is distinguished by his adeptness in designing and implementing robust HR frameworks that enhance employee engagement, elevate productivity, and ensure compliance across geographies.
