Lloyds Technology Centre has appointed Ritesh Jha as Talent Acquisition Head.

He has led inclusive, tech-enabled talent programs that support current business needs while preparing organizations for the future workforce. Personally, Ritesh is a devoted family man, enjoys time with his wife Nandini (a fellow banking tech expert) and sons Satyam and Shivam. He’s also an avid sports enthusiast and reader with interests in business, leadership, history, and spirituality.”
Before this appointment, Ritesh was associated with Citi India as Senior Vice President (Tech Recruiting Asia).
