Ghanshyam has been with the Mahindra Group for more than 14 years, serving in different leadership positions and recently as Head – Organisation Effectiveness (Automotive and Farm Sectors) where he was heading the verticals of Talent Management, Organisation Development, Learning and Development & Inclusion and Diversity for the Automotive and Farm Sectors of Mahindra.
He had his summer internship with Tata Administrative Service in 2010. Before that, he was with Nokia India .
