Prajna Mohanty has joined Gruve, an IT Services and IT Consulting Company as Director- People and Culture.
Before this appointment, she was associated with Collabera as Executive Director.

She gained Expertise in global talent hubs, succession planning, and DE&I integration. Reduced attrition by 11%, retained 90% of employees post-M&A, and built scalable talent frameworks for 15+ markets.
Prajna has also worked with Ascendion, SS&C Technologies, NSEIT Ltd. and among others.
