Protean eGov Technologies Ltd has announced the appointment of Dr. Harpreet Singh Anand as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), reinforcing its focus on building a future-ready and innovation-driven workforce.
In his new role, Dr. Anand will lead Protean’s human capital strategy, with a sharp focus on talent development, organisational culture, and leadership capability building to support the company’s digital transformation agenda.

With over two decades of experience spanning HR leadership, organisational development, and transformation initiatives, Dr. Anand has been associated with several reputed organisations where he drove people-first strategies and large-scale capability programs.
