Rajesh Singh has joined Apollo Tyres as Head – HR, Vadodara, where he will oversee the complete portfolio of Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Environment Health & Safety (EHS), Security, Administration, and Corporate Affairs.
Confirming the development to Business Manager, Singh shared that his focus will be on strengthening HR and IR strategies aligned with business goals while nurturing a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.
Before this role, Singh was associated with Reliance Industries Ltd., Silvassa Manufacturing Division.
With over two decades of experience in human resources, Singh has built a strong track record in refining HR and industrial relations strategies, performance management systems, and organisational development initiatives. He is known for fostering inclusive workplaces that encourage innovation and employee empowerment.
Over the course of his career, he has also held key HR leadership roles with Grasim Industries, Inox Wind, and BILT, among others.
