Religare Enterprises Limited, a prominent player in the financial services sector, has announced the appointment of Indrnil C as Group Chief Human Resource Officer effective from Nov.10.2025. The appointment aims to strengthen Religare’s leadership and potentially enhance its operational efficiency and market position in the financial services sector.

Before this appointment, Indranil was associated with UTI Asset Management Company Ltd as Group Head – HR & ESG where he led people initiatives, ESG, and subsidiary alignment at a group level.
Indrnil brings with him more than 26 years of professional experience, and his expertise includes in Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation Management, HR operations and CSR. He has Exposure in large organisation HR set up for start-up unit and worked on Corporate Governance design and implementation. His Strengths lies in People Engagement and Corporate Governance
Having PGDBA with specialisation in Human Resource from NIILM, New Delhi, Indrnil has also worked with HDFC Life Insurance Company Limited.
