Richa Kale has been promoted at Egon Zehnder to the position of HR Director- Global Functions, where she will be leading the HR Business Partner team supporting over 1500 employees in the US Operations vertical.
Confirming this development through a social media post, she said, “I am happy to share that I am starting a new position as HR Director, Global Functions at Egon Zehnder. In the last 6 years at the Firm, I have had the good fortune to work with some of the most amazing people at Knowledge Centre India. I am grateful to continue my journey at Egon Zehnder with a new global mandate.”
Richa has been with the organisation from last about seven years in different positions and recently as Director HR- Global Digital IT and Knowledge Centre India.

In her present role, Richa is responsible for leading the strategic people agenda for Technology teams globally and offering advisory support and data intelligence for Global functions.
Richa is a seasoned HR leader with experience across diverse sectors, including ITES, Tech, Manufacturing, Engineering, Financial Services, Global Capability Centres and Consulting.
In her career spanning over two decades, she has built and led high-performing HR teams, implemented impactful people practices, and fostered a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and excellence. Richa is passionate about developing talent and succession pipelines, designing leadership development programs, and optimising total rewards strategies. She holds a Global Remuneration Professional certification from World at Work Society, USA.
Richa has also worked with Encore Capital Group, John Deere, Zensar Technologies, and IBM Daksh, among others.
