Souvik is a Strategic &Results-Oriented HR Leader with 16 years of diverse experience with leading organizations in industries like Food/ Beverages, Banking, and Telecommunications. He has gained expertise in various facets of HR, namely HR Business Partnering, HR Shared Services, Process Transformation, Talent Acquisition, HR Technology and Analytics, and process transformation throughout employee life-cycle touch points, aided by a mindset of simplification and adoption of technology in HR. He can design and drive people’s agenda independently for the organization, through strong leadership and strategic partnering with various functions- Sales, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Experience.
