Subhashish Das joins AmbujaNeotia Group as Group CHRO

Subhashish Das has joined AmbujaNeotia Group as Group Chief Human Resource Officer.

He has confirmed this development through a social media post by saying “I am thrilled to announce the start of my new role as Group CHRO at Ambuja Neotia Group, a prominent Indian conglomerate under the stewardship of Mr. Harshavardhan Neotia, with its head quarter in Kolkata and having diverse business interests in real estate, hospitality, healthcare and education. I’m incredibly excited to dive into my passion of building purpose driven workplaces through people and contribute to the group’s growth journey of making a difference to the way people live.”

Subhashish is senior HR professional with over 30 years of comprehensive & hands on human resource management experience with proven track record of achieving business results through effective management of people processes like Talent Acquisition & Management, Organization Capability Building & Development, HR Integration, Performance Management, Training & Development, Employment Engagement & Communication, Industrial Relations – Union Negotiations, Change Management and Innovation.

He has also worked with Alok Industries Limited, Berger Paints India, and Ambuja Cements Limited.
