Bhaskar Dharival has started a new position as Corporate Lead- Employee Relations and Legal at corporate level after promotion, where he will be responsible for Employee Relation, Statutory Compliances, Labour law related litigations for all India based manufacturing Plants (Formulation and API), R&D and Corporate Office and with close coordination with Site HR Leads to have consistent approach towards Employee Relations and Statutory Compliances across Non-field for 18000+ Manpower
Bhaskar has been with the group for the last four years, serving in different leadership positions at the plant level and recently as General Manager: Head HR & Administration.

His experience in Industry as a HR professional spans more than 20 Years, engaging with both talent & labour, facilitating engagement, maintaining cordial employee relations, Compliance Management, Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, New Green Field Project Development in the organizations Like – Aditya Birla Group (Birla White), Welspun Corp. Ltd. (Plate & Pipe Division), Reliance Industries Ltd., ESSAR Power Business and HERO MotoCorp Ltd.
Bhaskar possesses an ability to apply advanced concepts and techniques in tech advanced environment; formulate, recommend and implement various HR/IR schemes and procedures to improve internal control systems; understand and interpret Human Resources/Industrial Relations requirements.
