Supratik Bhattacharyya has joined Adventz Group of Companies at Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Bhattacharyya brings over three decades of experience in human resources and strategic leadership to the role.

Prior to this appointment, Supratik Bhattacharyya was associated with RPG Group as Chief Talent Officer for nearly ten years, where he contributed to strengthening the organisation’s talent and leadership development frameworks..
Supratik is a senior HR Professional with over 31+ years,who has worked extensively in the markets of India, Asia Pacific and North America. He has managed high growth businesses and held international leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Operations and Strategy with global organizations like ExxonMobil Corporation, JK Paper and Larsen & Toubro.
He is a Chemical Engineer, and obtained his MBA from the Maastricht School of Management, the Netherlands.
