Technology’s Threatening To Cosmetic Employer Employee Relationship

For 3 decades, there have been many innovations done well, come into practice,led to the enhancement of the competency of an individual as well as for any organisation. Today, technology is going through upgrades at high speeds in a way that today’s innovations are tomorrow’s equipment in routine. And still AI influence at large will come soon which leads to disconnecting people, or we can say people connect to AI and less to Human beings. We have experienced that any organisation is embedded by people based on work quality, competency, trust, efforts, loyalty, sharing success stories, growth of the organisation and the Individual in accordance.  These are all elements that give enough opportunity to connect with people directly and thereby build a personal relationship between employer and employee. This is a very common prevailing, but will it remain for long with innovation and the AI world?  When connecting elements are restricted or limited within people’s healthy relationships never to shape out.  If the relationship is not healthy,it can lead to a threat to loyalty and trust within a people, and maybe people may resort to an adverse mode for independent goals. If such a situation comes, how can any organisation sustain for a long time, and how can people working in the organisation feel safe and secure for their earnings, growth and better life prospects? Let’s feel today,the Employer saying this is our organisation and our expert team is there to take care of activities and booking achievements. At the same time Employee is saying this about our organisation, we are working here, and management (employer) is well connected with us for inspiration, innovations, and sharing achievements. This is showing Cosmetic relationships between Employer and Employee, which may be disqualified when more technology and AI replace Human beings. Not only end here once AI comes into practice,but people may give up brain exercise, and dependency on machines would be high, and the only option would remain.
