Parle Products has appointed Vinayak Deshpande as its new Chief Human Resources Officer.
At Parle, he leads the company’s HR strategies, leveraging expertise in strategic human resources leadership, employee engagement, and talent acquisition to align organizational objectives with people-focused initiatives.
Vinayak has confirmed this development through a social media post.

Before this appointment, Vinayak was associated with Amazon as Head Human Resources & Europe.
With more than 20 years in HR, Vinayak contributed to talent engagement and acquisition strategies. He is committed to fostering collaborative environments that drive sustainable growth and operational efficiency through innovative HR practices.
Vinayak has also worked with Kerry,GSK, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals and PepsiCo, and ACC Limited.
He holds an MBA in HR from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
