Confirming this development through a social media post, he said , “ Thrilled to share the next chapter of my professional journey: I’ve joined Amtech Software as Chief People and Culture Officer & Managing Director, India. It’s an honour to take on this global leadership role with the opportunity to shape our people agenda and drive strategic growth. In addition to my global responsibilities, I’ll be leading our efforts to build and scale a world-class team in India from the ground up, spanning R&D, Customer Operations, Sales Operations, and G&A. My focus is on laying the foundation for long-term success and establishing a distinct, people-first culture.”

Before this appointment, Vinod was associated with Khoros as Chief Human Resource Officer.

His expertise spans M&A integration, digital HR transformation, and building global capability centers from the ground up.
