His donating his body for medical research even after his death symbolises what he stood for all through his life: Extension motivation- to be useful to the larger society.

Today, although it will be 15 years since Papa left, I feel that he is still somewhere around me and showering his blessings. His career started in 1945 when he completed his graduation. In 1945, he did BT from Teachers’ Training College, Ajmer. Earlier bachelor’s education used to be done through BT. After this, he went to Italy, where he got a diploma certificate in research methods. In 1945, he joined as a teacher in a training school at Jaipur. This was his first job. This was the beginning of his career, and after this, he never looked back. He was a gold medallist. Along with this, he also worked as a lecturer in psychology and education in Government Teachers College Bikaner.
In 1956, he completed his PhD for which he also got a UGC scholarship. In 1962, he joined the National Institute of Basic Education in New Delhi, where he worked for 2 years.

In 1964, he moved to Hyderabad and stayed there till 1966, where he worked as the director in the SIET training institute. In 1966, he went to North Carolina as a visiting faculty at the Population Centre...
