HT Media Group has entrusted the additional responsibility of taking care of Group IT Function also to its Group CHRO, Paras Kaushik.
Paras has been with the group for more than five years leading people strategy across six diverse verticals-Print, Digit, Radio and Audio,Shine.com, Mosaic Digital and OTTPlay.
On role expansion with it also in its fold, Paras said, “Technology alone doesn’t transform organizations — people do. My goal in this role is to ensure our tech backbone empowers employees to collaborate better, innovate faster, and deliver impact at scale. By aligning Group IT with people strategy, we can create stronger synergies and embed a culture of digital-first thinking across HT Media,”
