Raj. exempts establishments from registration under Shops Act employing less than ten employees

Government of Rajasthan exempted establishments employing less than 10 employees from obtaining registration under Section 3(2) of the Rajasthan Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1958 (“Rajasthan Shops Act”)On August 20, 2025.
