Dr Reddy’s Laboratories has announced that its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Archana Bhaskar, will step down from her role later this year. In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the pharmaceutical major confirmed that Bhaskar will cease to be CHRO and part of the company’s senior management team effective 30 November, 2025.

Bhaskar joined Dr Reddy’s in 2017 and has since led both the human resources function and corporate communications. Over the past eight years, she has been instrumental in shaping the company’s people strategy, driving cultural transformation, and strengthening leadership development.
