Rohit Sharma has joined USV Pvt. Ltd as President & Chief Human Resource Officer.
Before this appointment Rohit was associated with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals as Vice President & HR Head- India Formulations.

Proven expertise in Strategic HR Leadership, Operational Excellence, Employee &Labour Relations, and fostering inclusive cultures and Compensation and Benefits. He Spearheaded HR tech initiatives (virtual assessment centres, AI-driven analytics) to enhance agility and reduce costs.
Rohit has also worked with Sun Pharma and Torrent Pharmaceuticals.
