Siddharth Arya has been elevated to Global Human Resources Business Partner at Citi.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this promotion, he was positioned as HR Business Partner Team Lead – Technology for the Chief Information Office across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa at Citi, where he led a cross-cultural team, based out of the Phillipines, India and the UAE, driving Human Resources for Technology across Asia, Australia, Middle East and Africa. He has extensive HR leadership experience across Banking Front Office and Global Capability Centers.

With 19 years of professional experience, Siddharth is a versatile Human Resources leader with diverse experience in HR Business Partnership, talent nurturing, engagement, Compensation, and performance management, as well as creating & driving the overall people agenda. He has rich international experience, having worked out of Singapore and done projects in Indonesia and Thailand.
Siddharth has also worked with Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and YES BANK.
