P. Kamlesh has been appointed as Group Head of Human Resources at SAVE Solutions Private Limited.
Prior to this appointment, P. Kamlesh was associated with Ananya Finance for Inclusive Growth Private Limited as Vice President – Human Resources.

A seasoned HR leader with over two decades of experience across banking, fintech, education, insurance, and corporate sectors, Kamlesh brings extensive expertise in talent management, organisational development, HR technology, employee engagement, and leadership development. His track record spans setting up HR and training departments at PAN India level, leading change management initiatives, and driving cultural transformation across organisations.
He has demonstrated history of working in the banking & Financial industry, Insurance, Manufacturing including Sindhuja Microcredit Pvt. Ltd., AU SMALL FINANCE BANKK, Pearson, Axis Max Life Insurance Limited, and Haldiram Snacks Food Pvt. Ltd.
