Puneet Tiwari has joined Jubilant Ingrevia as Director -HR.

Before this appointment, Puneet was associated with JK Lakshmi Cement as Head HR.
Puneet is a seasoned HR leader with 29 years of extensive experience in both manufacturing and corporate environments, delivering strategic and operational excellence across the entire HR value chain. He is skilled at aligning people strategies with business goals, with proven expertise in enhancing organisational capability, workforce optimisation, and managing the talent lifecycle—including acquisition, development, and succession planning. He has demonstrated strength in handling Industrial Relations, contract labour, compliance, and employee welfare in complex plant settings, while also leading initiatives in corporate governance areas such as CSR, audit management, administration, and security. He is recognised for fostering agile, innovation-driven cultures, boosting employee engagement, and integrating design thinking into HR practices.
Puneet has also worked with UltraTech Cement and Hindalco Industries Ltd.
