Garima Singh has joined Coforge, a Digital services and solutions provider, as Deputy Chief People Officer out of New York City.
Conforming this development through a social media post, Garima said, “ I’m happy to share that I have started a new position as Deputy Chief People Officer at Coforge. In this new role, Garima is responsible for building future-ready people practices, talent strategy, providing HR leadership to senior business leaders and sales teams, building leadership depth, embedding strong succession planning, and driving strategic HR initiatives to power Coforge’ s growth ambitions.

Before this appointment, Garima was associated with Orion Innovation as CHRO in New Jersey (U.S.), where she was responsible for Orion’s global HR strategy, People Engagement, Talent Acquisition, and Development Initiatives to drive a culture of people and organisational growth.
Garima is a seasoned Human resources professional who brings more than 20 years of experience in various fields of HR and business operations. Before joining Orion, she worked with Persistent Systems for 15 years, where she played various key leadership roles in HR, including global compensation and benefits, HR analytics, HR business partnering, sales & leadership hiring and business operations.
In her formative years, Garima served five years as an officer in the Indian Armed Forces, where she gained invaluable leadership lessons. The challenges she faced honed her decision-making skills and resilience, instilling in her a lasting commitment to integrity and teamwork.
