Foseco India Limited , a prominent player in the Indian manufacturing sector, has announced a significant addition to its leadership team. The company has appointed Prachee Chirag Sonchal as the Director of Human Resources, effective November 3, 2025.
The appointment of Sonchal was approved by the Board of Directors on October 15, 2025, following a recommendation from the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. This strategic move aims to strengthen Foseco India’s human resource management and organizational development.
As the company continues to evolve in a competitive market, Mrs. Sonchal’s extensive experience across multiple sectors could prove invaluable in driving employee engagement, talent acquisition, and organisational transformation, the company said in a statement filed to BSE Ltd and the National Stock Exchange.

Before this appointment, Prachee was associated with Burckhardt Compression as Head Human Resources.
Prachee is having over 21 years ofexperience in driving strategic HR initiatives across multiple sectors. She possesses experience in talent management, organisational transformation etc. Adept at delivering results through robust, sustainable HR solutions.
Prachee has also worked with Emerson automation Soultions, GoAir, ForviaHella, and Voltas among others.
