Pidilite Industries, the maker of iconic brands such as Fevicol, Fevikwik and Dr. Fixit, has appointed Ashish Prasad as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Prasad will lead the organisation’s people strategy across talent management, capability building, organisational development, cultural transformation and employee experience for Pidilite’s global operations.
In his new role, Prasad is expected to drive HR initiatives aligned with Pidilite’s growth agenda, strengthen leadership pipelines, and accelerate digitalisation in people practices. His mandate also includes enhancing employee engagement and fostering a future-ready workforce as the company expands its presence in domestic and international markets.
Before this appointment Ashish was associated with Sintex BAPL Ltd as Chief Executive Officer.
Prasad brings with him extensive cross-industry experience in human resources, having held senior leadership roles in large consumer, manufacturing and multinational organisations. Known for his expertise in talent strategy, organisational transformation and HR digitisation, he has previously led robust people agendas supporting scale and innovation.
Ashish has also worked with Ashirvad Pipes, ACC Ltd, Asian Paints, and Teamlease Services.
