Dr. Naipal Singh has joined PNB Cards and Services Ltd as Chief People Officer.
Confirming this development through a social media post, Dr. Singh said, “I joined on 3rd November, 2025 (Monday) as Chief People Officer (CPO) in PNB Cards and Services Limited, New Delhi on deputation from the Bank. It’s a totally different kind of journey from what I did in the last two decades in the banking industry in HR. Of course, it is a challenging assignment as well as very interesting which provides a lot of new learning opportunities.”

It’s a fully owned Subsidiary of PNB deals in Credit Cards, sourcing leads in Housing , Vehicle, Education, against Property for the bank. The company hires Sales Executives, Sales Manager, Cluster Heads, HR personnel and Third Party. The company is hiring and expanding its business across the country.
Dr. Singh has been associated with public Sector Banks from last more than ten years.
