Tenneco has elevated Ashish Dadhwal as Head HR & IR.
Confirming the development, Ashish wrote in a social media post, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head- HR & IR at Tenneco!” In his new role, he will oversee the powertrain divisions, including Piston, rings and pins manufacturing site, Federal Mogul Goetze India Limited at Patiala.
Ashish has been with the company for 7 years. He joined the company in December 2018 as Senior Human Resources Manager at Parwanoo. In December 2024, Ashsih became Senior Human Resources Manager at Bhiwadi. Since May 2025, he was Lead HR – Manufacturing Excellence, Powertrain Manufacturing for six sites until his latest promotion.

With 18 plus years of stable work experience in core manufacturing clubbed with post graduation in HR Management, Ashish is a goal oriented and performance driven HR Professional with an in-depth knowledge of establishing and managing the HR set-up with larger focus on Talent Acquisition, Learning & Organizational Development and Strategic Business HR Partnering, Organizational Development Initiatives, Performance Management Deliverable, Change Management, Program Management, Compliance training programs, Employee Engagement Initiatives, Collaboration with Business Leaders on Business Efficiency improvements programs and Capacity Utilization in Indian/MNC.
Ashish has also worked with International Tractors for more than eleven years.
