Vikram Solar on Tuesday announced the appointment of Biresh Ranjan Das as Senior Vice President – Human Resources.
In his new role, Das will spearhead the company’s people and culture strategy, partnering closely with senior leadership to strengthen organisational capabilities in line with Vikram Solar’s growth ambitions and expanding global footprint.
He will be responsible for driving workforce planning, organisational design, productivity enhancement, and leadership development initiatives.

With more than 23 years of experience across manufacturing, telecom, hospitality, infrastructure, and global shared services, Das brings deep expertise in scaling organisations and aligning human capital strategies with business objectives in complex, multi-location environments.
