Subrat Chakravarty has joined DS Group as CHRO & Head of Business Excellence.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Subrat was associated with HCL Tech as Head of HR and Global Program Director.

With over 3 decades of international experience across Europe, Asia, Africa and North America, Subrat has built and led people functions that directly enabled business growth, M&A integration, greenfield expansion in new markets and territories and setting up GCCs, manage complex Industrial relation environment, led global digital and organization transformation programs aligned to business shifts. He has transformed Organizations through human capital strategy, digital interventions and leadership capability.
His work has focused on helping complex, multi-country organizations navigate talent strategy, digital HR ecosystems, skill anchored workforce transformations, leadership coaching & development, expansion aligned to business and client priorities – ensuring people frameworks are not just efficient, but strategic enablers of value creation and market place differential.
Subrat has also worked with Birlasoft, HCL Technologies, and Aon Hewitt.
