Aritra Sarkar has joined STL Digital as Global HR Head.

As a CHRO and HR Leader, Aritra partnered closely with CEOs and Boards on succession planning, leadership capability building, and enterprise-wide workforce strategy—ensuring organisations are prepared not just for the next role change, but for the next decade.
