Sunita Thakur Kohli has joined JWIL Infra Limited as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new role, Kohli will lead human resources, administration, communications, and corporate social responsibility at the holistic water-management company.
Announcing the appointment, JWIL Infra said, “it looks forward to Kohli’s people-centric leadership as the company continues its growth journey, adding that her cross-functional leadership experience will be a strong asset to the organisation. We are delighted to welcome Sunita Thakur Kohli as our new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at JWIL.

Prior to this appointment, Sunita Thakur Kohli was associated with SUEZ in India as Senior Vice President Human Resources, Admin, Communications.
Her career spans over 33 years across the water and wastewater sector, covering roles in R&D, operations, business development, digital transformation, and inclusion and diversity initiatives across India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
Sunita Thakur Kohli has also worked with Degremont Ltd., and Bhasin Associated Pvt. Ltd.
