Vedanta Limited has announced the appointment of Neha Sharma as Group CHRO effective February 10, 2026 succeeding Madhu Srivastava who has resigned from the same role effective January 31, 2026.

Neha brings over 20 years of global HR experience, holding an MBA from MIT Sloan. Her background includes leading people strategies for over 40,000 employees across multiple countries at Unifi Aviation. She is recognized for her expertise in driving large-scale transformations and enhancing retention, reliability, and profitability.
Sharma has also worked at Infosys, TSYS and Rippling.
