She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment Soumya was associated with Intense Technologies Ltd. as Head of HR where she led HR transformation , building agile, future-ready HR systems and a performance-driven culture.

Soumya brings with her strong and diverse HR leadership experience across technology, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical sectors.
She has also worked with Hyundai MOBIS, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and Tata Consultancy Services.
