Parag Bhatnagar has joined ALDE MEDI IMPEX Ltd as Vice President-HR. He will be heading HR for state of art Corporate set-up & Upcoming largest Plant at Kashipur (Uttarakhand where he will be responsible for fostering HR processes and policies, making it a sales-driven organisation, with a key focus on attracting the best talent, nurturing them, R&R, and implementing best practises to make Alde a preferred employer brand .
He has confirmed this development to Business Manager.
Before this appointment, Parag was associated with Biodeal Pharmaceuticals Limited as Corporate HR Head, where he was privileged to be the First Corporate HR Head of the organisation. His Key accomplishments were restructuring- HR & Admn, Domestic BD, Operations, Legal, and Institutional Sales. He managed successfully third-party HR audits, Fostering Emp engagements, HRMS and smooth orientation of the C-suite team.

With over 25 years of rich and diverse HR leadership experience spanning Hospitality, Logistics, Publications, Real Estate, and Pharmaceuticals, he is a Leader with Business acumen, out of Box approach on complexed matters and an expert in creating Winning Teams. He is a process champion who knows how to make the Employer as a preferred Brand.
Parag has also worked in different HR leadership positions like CHRO at Supertech Limited, as Head HR at MBD Group, Head Operations and HR at Hospitality Services India, General Manager HR at IRPPL, Director HR at Crown Plaza Hotels and Resorts, and Regional HR manager at Mahindra Holidays.
